Abstract

A public transaction is a tool used by public authorities to implement national and local development plans.

Despite the legal system under which public transactions are subjected, which are characterized by very complicated practical procedures, they still constitute a fertile ground for all forms of corruption, which required the legislator to adopt legal mechanisms to prevent and suppress these various crimes.
