Reportingis one of the most important topics to be discussed in the fight against corruption crimes. It is one of the key means of this fight and an important mechanism for detecting and prosecuting the perpetrators of these crimes. However, the reporting process often encounters barriers that prevent it from being completed, including fear of retaliation, fear of the reporter becoming a defendant, fear that the reporter will be followed up by the crime of false fraud, fear of losing job position…ect.
These risks to the reporting process lead to the reluctance of individuals to report certain acts to the concerned authorities; thus, the impunity of criminals.
