And through following the study plan represented in the first axis, through which we dealt with the effect of electronic management on the principle of the continuity of the functioning of public facilities regularly and steadily, and the second axis, which is to study the effect of electronic management on the principle of equality in front of public utilities, and the third axis, entitled the effect of electronic management on the principle of portability General facility for amendment and change, And we reached many results, the most important of which are: The transition from the traditional management system to the electronic management system is a response to the public interest, which requires the development of public facilities in the country. With computers, the average citizen who does not have a computer at home can access the electronic administration network and enjoy its services.
