The seriousness of crimes of corruption under the scientific and technological development in various fields has led to the inadequacy of traditional methods of research and investigation in the detection and limitation of crimes.
This, prompted the Algerian legislator to develop the appropriate strategies by relying on modern methods of investigation in order to fight crimes in general and corruption crimes in particular. These methods are legitimate, surrounded by a number of legal controls to ensure inviolability of private life. These methods include electronic surveillance, infiltration, and controlled delivery.
Thus, this paper includes the provisions of electronic surveillance for research and corruption crimes investigations, as well as the rules of infiltration and controlled delivery.
