The commitment of the real estate promoter to ensure good implementation in the sales contract on designs

Abstract

The Algerian legislator has adopted a number of special guarantees in the field of real estate promotion, the aim of which is to enhance the legal protection for collectors in light of the openness of the real estate market to completion and construction, and the noticeable interference of private real estate promoters. And among the guarantees prescribed in this framework is a guarantee of good implementation, or what is termed as a guarantee of complete termination of works of completion.
