Abstract

The oversight of the supervisor is either legal or agreement until his responsibility is fulfilled. As for the person who is subjected to supervision, either he/she is a minor, or mentally or physically handicapped. But the Algerian legislator did not clarify the issue precisely, which raised several points that need clarification, such as the status of the mentor minor, the minor wife, and the case of the responsibility of higher education teachers for The students actions who did not reach the age of majority, in addition to the question of the nature of the mental or physical state that requires supervision.
