Abstract

 Successful organizations are among the organizations that seek to optimize their human competencies efficiently and effectively, where the management selects the effective elements of the organization and links its goals with the personal goals of the human element and thus improves their performance. Also, successful organizations develop an effective incentive system capable of positively affecting their performance in a way that increases Of their job satisfaction as well as a sense of job security because these two variables are, in fact, two sides of the same coin and they are not important to the human resource only, but to the organization and employers as well as to society and this is because they are considered the pillars of innovation, The drive for achievement and performance improvement is what leads to an increase in affiliation, loyalty and a strong desire to remain in the organization as an attractive organizational climate, and through this study we try to highlight the role of human capital in all its dimensions in achieving job security in Saidal group. This study also aims to learn about the reality of human capital and reveal the extent of the availability of the dimensions of job security in the group, such as security related to continuing in the job, security related to changes in the job, security related to employee care, and security related to the group survival and continuity.
