This research aims to determine the patterns of organizational conflict management and their reflection on the job security of workers, as the organization is a social unit in which the individual is the actor, other parts, systems, in his expression of its vitality, interaction, the practice of its actives in light of intertwined relationship between its members that bring them together with common different interests the multiplicity of social, psychological, cultural interactions by performing the individual has many roles at one time that affect its dynamism effectiveness, especially socially due to conflicts. Where conflict represents one of the types of human interaction in which one realizes the existence of contradictory feelings, as a result of circumstances related to the individual, such as his unwillingness to cooperate with others, differences in cultural, social backgrounds; or organizational reasons such as the pattern decision-making; the multiplicity of administrative duties, the lack of a clear technology for roles, which affects their security. As the study found that there are reasons that greatly affect the emergence of conflict within the organization, the most important of which are personal conflicts between workers, so they must be confronted , appropriate solutions found to play a role in achieving security
