School plays a vital role in educating children and adolescents after the family. It is also an important setting in forming human resources hence where its role is not only limited in helping them in the acquisition of knowledge but also has other roles that no one can ignore or neglect. Fostering health education, as indicated by the World Health Education (WHO), is another important role that the school plays in educating children and adolescents to acquire the healthy behaviors and avoid the unhealthy ones. According to the WHO, to its reports for years :2011,2012and 2014, five important behaviors that need to be incorporated in schools are: The promotion of healthy diets, adequate sleep, physical activity, smoking avoidance, alcohol and drug prevention, or towards others and the prevention of infectious diseases transmitted via either blood or sexual contact. According to the joint ministerial publication N. 175 of 27/12/1989 between the health and education institutions, health education task is assigned to expert people who provide awareness and practical programmers. These programmers aim at raising health awareness and forming a healthy student who is able to maintain his/her physical, emotional or social balance known as health security. The main important result that this descriptive epidemiological study has arrived at is the failure of Detection and Monitoring Units team members in the application of health programmers in the school environment taking into consideration the needs of every stage of development of these students and their individual differences.
