Abstract

Through this article, we seek to establish the concept of Habitus Strategic Vigilance as an institutional mindset, which makes the process of permanent control of course and instinct for all elements of institutional organization, and not limited to practitioners of the function of vigilance only, to become over time an organized work practiced in a smooth and spontaneous manner, explaining how this habitus was formed, its characteristics, the mechanisms of its practice on the ground, its importance, and its role in the process of sensing possible threats and extinguishing all their initial sparks, showing how we can make this habitus a strong shield that enables the institution From the elimination of crises that may threaten it before it actually happens.
