Abstract

This article aims to talk about a problem which is often not noticed, with sufficient awareness in Algeria and most of Arab societies. It wants to explain the importance of attracting the people's collective attention, in order to maintain their link with the components of the national culture and the dimensions of their identity. The purpose, of maintaining this link, is to conserve the lifestyle of the human element in contact with the cultural color that expresses the national cultural identity, and to preserve the trends of the tastes and inclinations of the generations. This supposed link between the people and the affiliations of their taste consciousness and their cultural practices that symbolizes the "spirit of the fatherland", has become more confused than ever with a large number of multicultural expressions. In fact, the waves of cultural invasion have succeeded with various methods that they have adopted to form generations which consider their past as ruins that should be replaced by the new construction whose image is placed by the Western “Other”. Thus, the methods diversified and accelerated until they imposed on us, at the time of the "erosion of local cultures", an obligation to seek to nationalize the preservation of the central values of society, and this will be possible by planting taste and emotional barriers in the collective consciousness of the Algerian nation particularly and the Arab nation in general, especially with media's strong impact and speed of penetration. Therefore, the search for solutions, with wise methodologies based on the elements of national identity, has become necessary from the youngest age of learners. Hearing and aesthetic taste training programs, for young people in school, are at the forefront of effective models for enshrining the label of positive interaction with the components of the national cultural baggage. In fact, these activities are the basis of all teaching of the principles of good listening, communication and education of taste. The preservation of cultural security is not less important than the food or national security, since cultural security is an essential factor that instills in people the will for life and continuity.
