Abstract

As a result of the rapid changes in the current business environment, which pose challenges to the sustainability and sustainability of organizations, the latter quickly adopted a working group approach to share their multiple responsibilities for their success. The concept of task forces is based on the realization of the concept of collective responsibility and the transition from the individual character of behavior to the collective nature. Attention to this type of management has become a necessity for practical life, which has a positive impact on the performance of the individual, the team and thus on the performance of the organization in general
