Abstract

This research aims to identify ways of improving the performance of multinational companies by focusing on the international human resource, in addition to identifying the obstacles and major challenges, which require developing capacity building programs for their employees to improve their skills in dealing with the employees of the host countries consider their economic, social and political systems. The findings of this study highlighted that the human element is very important as a source of creativity, which is the main engine for the optimal utilization of other elements, and recommends to consider planning their human resource in advance and in sufficient time to achieve the goals set.
