Tourism contracting, especially tourism and travel agencies, is a significant pole in the tourism field, given its importance as it works on: Organizing tours, individual and group stays, provides tour guides and translators to serve the tourists, providing tourist transport services, and selling all kinds of tickets according to the conditions followed by the transport institutions; thus, it needs to deal with the various parties in the tourist activity and enter with them in working relationships that guarantee coordination between them. This study came to highlight an important aspect of the tourism sector in Algeria, it’s the labor relations in the tourism contracting, specifically the external work relations of the tourism agency, that is, relations with various social partners, it is a study conducted on a sample of 18 agencies, representing 50% of the total tourist agencies located in Batna, through it, we aim to know the nature of these relationships and thus to find whether they are considered a handicap of tourism in our country. The study found that: weak infrastructure, especially for restaurants, hotels, road networks and transportation, the working relationships of tourism agencies are characterized by superficiality and inconsistency, the weak training of investors in the field of tourism, the weak culture of tourism among the Algerian individual.
