This study seeks to find out what Environmental journalism can achieve as a key player in the preparation and development process by highlighting the key points and features that intersect the environmental media variable with the concept of sustainable development. This research focuses on environmental aspects and their ability to achieve economic growth in countries through optimal use of natural resources، the minimal harmony between the issue of environmental protection and the economic dimensions and profitability of businesses of all kinds is rationally guaranteed. The purpose of this presentation is to try to highlight the role that media can play in achieving sustainable environmental development in Algeria as part of an awareness system that meets the aspirations of countries and human societies progress and enthusiasm، And of course without prejudice to the right of future generations on various environmental and natural resources.
