The existence of conflict in organizations is a fact that cannot be avoided or denied, because it is unreasonable to imagine an organization that inncludes a group of individuals who are different in terms of their values and goals and interests and needs and cultures to be always cooperative or understanding. The latter is considered one of the normal results of the daily social interaction that exists between individuals and groups and arises from many reasons, including those related to the individual and others related to the organization, and leaves negative and destructive effects on it if it is not treated in an appropriate way, but this does not preclude that it has positive aspectes that can benefit. On the organization, that is way we had to shed light on this phenomenon, which has become one of the biggest challenges facing managers in the most important methods and methods that contribut to addressing, managing and limiting them in order to restor stability and coexstence to the organization and ensure its continuity and survival
