Abstract

The performance evaluation process is considered principal and focal in the career of the public hospital , workers functional planning, It has a ultimate relationship with the workers psychological stability, The medical staff like: doctors, pharmacits ,dentists and specialists are the majority workers in the field of medecine .they need periodic evaluation according to some indicators such as : functional , activity , process , and results indicators . All of that fall within laws; executive ordonnances that set define the function and duties of the medical staff.
