The current study aims to know the level of counseling self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors, and to know whether the level of counseling self-efficacy varies according to some variables. The study focused on the following problem: What is the level of counseling self-efficacy for school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors? And it was found that there is an average level of counseling self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance and counseling consultants, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of counseling self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the variable of gender and scientific specialization, while there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of seniority. In the profession, for the benefit of consultants with less than 10 years of seniority in the profession.
