Abstract

The negative effects of climate change are considered one of the most important factors that forces people to leave their places of origin against their will they travel in search of a safer, dinified life.These are the results of the devastation of climate change to life conditions that threatens human rights and safety. Complicating the displaced situation furthermore.They do not fall under any established category.Policy makers disregard their rights and fail to guarantee them.The international community fail to acknowledge the dire situation.The refugee convention of 1951 guaranteed those in danger the right to leave their human rights and international legal protection.This indivisible and adjoined to human dignity.
