The quality of work life among nurses of the health centers in the state of tizi ouzou.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the level of quality of work life among the nurses of the health
centers in the state of Tizi Ouzou, and the detection of differences between the sexes from in
the level of quality of life at work among the nurses of these centers, and the achieve this
goal, the descriptive method and the quality of working life scale for نEaston and VanLaarن
was used to a sample consisting of (60) male and female nurses, who were randomly selected
from the total number of nurses working in the health centers in the state of Tizi Ouzou.
Finally, the results indicated that the level of quality of life at work among the nurses of these
centers is low, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of
quality of life at work among the nurses due to the gender variable
