The current study aimed to reveal the type of relationship between physicality and health commitment in diabetic patients and to know the level of each self-efficacy and commitment. The researchers relied on an intentional sample of 50 patients with diabetes. The descriptive correlative approach was followed to verify the hypotheses of the study, using the self-efficacy questionnaire translated by Samer Radwan and the health commitment questionnaire prepared by Abed el Samad Soraya, and the results after statistical treatment were as follows: _ Diabetics have an average level of self-efficacy. _ Diabetics have an average level of health commitment. _ There is a correlation between self-efficacy and health commitment in diabetic patients
