Abstract

The study aimed to examine the modulating role of (PE) for the relationship between (PQ) &  (CS) in (GICG). The problem of the study focuses on a decrease of (CS) in (GICG) because of unawareness of implementing effective management systems as well as Quality & Promotion. Five hypotheses were developed and a questionnaire was designed.

After data collection and analysis from the respondents, the study reached up to a modulating (PE) relationship between (PQ) & (CS) with a change in the determination coefficient of (0.024). The study recommended there is a need to increase leadership & employees awareness in the group in the importance of (PE), (PQ) & (CS).
