The extent of the success of the professional integration assistance device in the Algerian economic institution Case study of an institution ORSIM

Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the role of
companies in reducing unemployment by
benefiting from employment programs,
where we focused on the professional
integration assistance program directed to
young people. In a study of the ORSIM
Corporation for the production of screws
based in the OUED RHIOU, and when we
analyzed its data, we concluded that this
program succeeded to a large extent and
contributed to the integration of young
people, while the corporation benefited
from tax financial incentives.
