This study aims to explain the point of view in favor of state intervention in economic life and to present the arguments that support it, then to explain the alternative approach which considers the withdrawal of the State and rely on Market Mechanisms as the best solution to development problems in the world. The study concludes that relying solely on the state or on the private sector will inevitably lead to the failure of the development path of any economy. Therefore, harmony between government intervention and market mechanisms is the third way that achieves balanced and integrated development
