Resistance to organizational change; The concept, the reasons, and treatment methods

This research paper aims to study the phenomenon of resistance to organizational change in enterprises and to determine its basic contents, to address the most important reasons that lead employees to resist change, and finally to identifying various methods to address this resistance. This study has resulted, that change is an ongoing process through which the enterprise seeks to move from a current situation to a better future one in different fields. This process is controlled by several internal and external forces, where the most important elements are; deterioration of employee morale, changing laws and regulations, changing administrative methods, the great technological development, and the need for improvement, creativity and innovation ... etc. Consequently, if the enterprise wants to procure the benefits of change effectively, it must improve its management process, which is one of the most essential principles upon which modern management is based, and this matter enables the enterprise to accompany the fluctuations and changes of the environment and bring about the required organizational development.
