Abstract

Tourism has become an integrated
industry that includes planning,
investment, construction, marketing and
promotion. It is a multi-stage industry
that interacts with other sectors of the
economy, in the area of economic
infrastructure.
The study concluded that for developing
and Arab countries, although they enjoy
a comparative advantage in terms of
attracting tourists, especially in terms of
cultural tourism sites and low prices, but
their share of global tourism is still far
below its potential, because the tourism
sector in these countries is still faces
significant constraints. As a result, the
tourism sector in developing countries
has not received the attention it deserves
as an important economic sector that
generates foreign currency and creates
jobs.
