Abstract

The study aims to prove that
organizational justice is considered as a
determinant of the practice of
organizational citizenship behaviors in
the Cement firm Ain Al-Touta. The
descriptive analytical approach was
used to address the problem using , the
questionnaire tool which was randomly
distributed to the employees of the firm.
To analyse the study data, spss22 was
relied upon using a range of statistical
methods. The study found a set of
results, the most important of which was
that the level of application of
organizational justice in the firm was
low, reflecting the high level of practice
of organizational citizenship behaviors.
Organizational justice as a determinant
of organizational citizenship behaviors
shaded was low.
