This study aims to provide a theoretical understanding of the concepts related to the quality of health services and to analyze this phenomenon in reality in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in Algeria;
The study reached a set of important results, including: that the quality of health services in Algeria during the Covid-19 pandemic is below the acceptable level for the population in most quality indicators, and the population is not satisfied with the health services provided to them, whether in terms of quantity or quality, and this is in the sector both private and public, The study also concluded that the residents cooperated with each other to alleviate the shortcomings of the medical services provided to them, each according to his ability and field of specialization.
