The impact of work stress on health workers performance an empirical study

Abstract

The study aims to show the impact of Work stress on the performance of health workers through an empirical study at the University hospital center in the district of Batna.

The study concluded that there is an impact of work stress with statistical significance regarding environmental, organisational factors and life events on health workers at the University hospital center in Batna District.

In the light of these findings some suggestions have been provided in accordance with the center's capability.
