Social responsibility and its impact on achieving performance excellence in Ain Touta Cement Company - Batna

Abstract

We aim through this study to identify the impact of social responsibility in achieving organization’s performance excellence, by highlighting the role played by the various dimensions of social responsibility in achieving performance excellence in the company Ain Touta-Batna.          The study used a questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which is that the company adopts the concept of social responsibility in its work and that it has a significant impact on the performance excellence
