Abstract

The research aims to study a modern topic through which it is possible to learn how to introduce scientific research into a vital sector that is the nucleus of development and the engine of small and medium industries to maintain and promote it, by linking this sector to the research centers.

The research found that cooperation with industrial enterprises to solve their problems and improve their performance will lead to the proper exploitation of this potential and serve development and development of the traditional industry sector, which is a strategic sector, as well as the development of university scientific research to solve the existing problems of those institutions, by making academic expertise university, in contact with the practical experiences in these institutions.
