The Algerian University: Steps towards the Entrepreneurial University

Abstract

This article aims to tackle the Entrepreunarial University as a concept and practice since it is the main driver of socio-economic development. As well as, the current research focuses on  determining the steps taken by the Algerian University in the process of transformation into Entrepreunarial  University, and  in highlighting the most important practices of entrepreneurial mind-set in campus.

The study found that the Algerian University has taken significant steps in the process of transformation by embeding entrepreneurship  in the curriculum besides to the awarded results of student participation in international competitions  (Erasmus+).
