Preserving the environment between the purposes of Sharia and the requirements of the Islamic economy: towards a participatory approach under the requirements of modern development

Abstract

Invoking the Global Green Deal proposed by the UN Environment 2009 to accelerate the fight against climate change and because preserving the environment is everyone's issue, where is preserving the environment within the purposes of sharia law? What is the green economy's role in achieving this in the context of sustainable development? The study aims to adopt modern theses in this area because sustainable development is linked to optimal use of the environment to ensure efficiency and sustainability through performance and effectiveness indicators that achieve the purposes of Islamic legislation.
