Abstract

 This research aims to study the purposes to highlight their relationship with the environment, to achieve and comply with the orders of the Creator Almighty in succession, and we have found that we do not need to theorize to protect the environment, the nation's advanced and late scholars have exaggerated in the study of this purpose, but we desperately need to reactivate this purpose to work out and apply it in the field, and the study has found that it is to achieve the interests and ward off evils to preserve the environment and protect it from corruption, and that the legislation of reward for the reformer in the land and punishment for the corrupt to the extent of killing and paternality, It also became clear that the preservation of the environment is by preserving the five known purposes, and that the relationship of preserving the environment with the purposes of Sharia is a strong, interactive, steady relationship, until some scholars made it an independent legitimate destination that falls under the necessities.
