Purpose of waqf and invest it in development and fighting poverty

Abstract

No action is justified by his intent, and what can be broken by the pairing between the purposes of Sharia and Islamic Waqf? What the raisan to make waqf purposes? Is it possible to siand against development problems and fight the poverty addressed through the revival of the Waqf by activating its purposes? This recherch revolves around the role of the purposes in the operationalization, sustainability and universalization of the moratorium to achieve development of all kinds and to promote the destitution of individuals, groups, and states or reduce and narrow them.And recommends for Governments to revive and take care of Waqfs, and inform every faqih, scientist and mufti to make the purpose of Sharia in front of his work, because the purpose of Sharia are the best solution of our life and all problems of this tims.
