Islamic financial engineering, its reality and its controls

Abstract

This research deals with the reality of Islamic financial engineering and its controls. The research came in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: it mentioned the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, research objectives, research questions, previous studies, research methodology and plan. As for the first topic, it devoted the reality of Islamic financial engineering, and its objectives, while the second topic concerned itself with the statement of the controls of Islamic financial engineering. Creative solutions to financing problems, all within the framework of the directives of Sharia, and that the Islamic financial industry aims to find financial products and tools that combine Sharia credibility and economic efficiency. Sharia credibility is the basis for being Islamic, and economic efficiency is the basis for its ability to meet economic needs and compete with traditional tools.
