Financing by Musharakah in Islamic banks

Abstract

The study aims to show the basics of the banking participation method. In a systematic manner, the study dealt with the definition of the method of Musharakah and its origin and ruling in Islamic fiqh then moved to presenting its practical images, and ended with presenting the risks that afflict banks when relying on it in their financing and investment activities and practices, then indicated the ways and solutions that these banks can take to mitigate or avoid these risks in the first place.
