Abstract

After The Algerian liberation revolution a wide group of mujahideen, martyrs, and rights holders has been left.

The Algerian legislator decided that these groups have compensations represented in grants and privileges.

The main problem that presents this study is how extent of the legality of these compensations in islamic law, and the legality of transfering them to the heirs?
