مجلة المنتقى للبحوث والدراسات هي مجلة علمية محكمة دولية، مفتوحة المصدر، تصدر كل ستة أشهر من قبل - مخبر الفقه الحضاري ومقاصد الشريعة-. جامعة باتنة 1 - الجزائر. توفر المجلة منصة للبحث العلمي والخطاب الأكاديمي في مجال العلوم الإسلامية والإنسانية والاجتماعية. تساهم المجلة في تعزيز الروابط العلمية بين الباحثين والمختبرات الوطنية والدولية ومؤسسات البحث. كما تتطلع للإسهام في التطور العلمي والحضاري. تنشر مجلة المنتقى الأبحاث والدراسات، التي تستوفي المعايير العلمية وتكون مكتوبة باللغات العربية أو الفرنسية أو الإنجليزية. تعنى المجلة بالتخصصات التالية: مقاصد الشريعة- الفقه وأصوله- الشريعة والقانون- الاقتصاد الإسلامي- السياسة الشرعية- علوم القرآن والحديث- الدعوة والإعلام- العقيدة الإسلامية ومقارنة الأديان - اللغة العربية والدراسات القرآنية – التاريخ والحضارة الإسلامية – العلوم الاجتماعية – التاريخ – الفلسفة- الدراسات الثقافية – الدراسات الفكرية.
