In the post-Ben Ali era, the Tunisian elite has received the attention of researchers and academics, given the role these elites are playing in managing the transitional phase and establishing a political system and stable institutions. which made the questioning About the ability of these elites to lead the subsequent stages of the Tunisian revolution and their ability to manage the transitional phase and establish the second Tunisian Republic a legitimate question, given the limited role that these elites played during previous periods. The article concluded by emphasizing the role of the Tunisian elites through the policy of elite consensus, which enabled Tunisia to overcome the stage of division and political polarization, which helped Tunisia in the end, to pass the difficult stage of democratic transition and the establishment of the second Tunisian Republic.
