Abstract

The topic of managing environmental balance under sustainable development addresses the nature of the relationship between the environment and sustainable development, in terms of mechanisms for optimal exploitation of environmental resources, natural resources within a solid strategy on the one hand, and achieving balance between development requirements on the other. Due to the growing awareness of actors who have realized the misuse of resources and the resulting risks of technological and industrial progress, which has affected the environmental balance in its various elements and components, the researchers’ interest was focused on highlighting practical mechanisms to ensure that environmental management is balanced and protected in accordance with the requirements of economic, social and political development. The study concluded fundamental results, the most important of which is that the process of activating environmental balance management with all its dimensions towards sustainable development is still the subject of development programs and policies. On this basis, establishing strict measures and procedures in the field of development planning requires the activation of regulatory bodies that work to redress the consensual relationship between the environment and sustainable development.
