Abstract

Algeria has worked to import modern and advanced technologies in order to achieve development by raising rates of product growth, creating job opportunities, transferring modern technology, developing the performance of the human element and supporting competitive capabilities in all fields. This can be observed in many sectors, as well as, of course, the leading industry in Algeria, which is the oil industry in its operations, extraction, conversion and transportation, as many companies were signed with foreign partners, the goal of which was to work on developing the production of many existing factories. The aim of this study was to identify the role of worker training in absorbing and transferring imported technology at the National Institution of Geophysics, Hassi Messaoud. The researcher used the descriptive approach relying on a sample consisting of 166 individuals, and the study also concluded that there is an actual role to train workers and an effective role in the assimilation and localization of imported technology and that training on imported machinery and techniques contributes to developing production and performance methods by increasing the performance of the individual worker Enterprise performance and profits.
