Abstract

 environmental order is a new shift in the content of the idea of ​​public order due to the importance of the environment subject, which led the Algerian legislator to adopt legal system that includes a set of mechanisms which set in the benefit of the authorities to reduce environmental problems. the researcher aims to review the various applications of the idea public environmental order in Algerian legislation and their effectiveness in enshrining the right of the individual to live in a healthy and pollutant free environment, In order to address the issue in all its aspects, we have relied on the descriptive and analytical method, In conclusion, several results were reached, the most important is the adoption the preventive method to achieve the objectives of the environmental policy, especially through the administrative licensing system, in addition to controlling the activity of establishments classified as a real source of pollution, with the application of environmental collection mechanism, which would contribute to environment protection.
