Abstract

The matter of Building an Environmental Security is imperative, that’s because the Environmental Threats may reduce limit the achievement of other dimensions of Human Security, Such as food Security, and even political Security. The Environment considered as the new dimension in all approaches relating to security. And through this study, the Sustainable Human Development has been presented as a functional Approach, containing a framework for integrating the Environmental dimension into Development policies, which guarantees the possibility of producing opportunities for building an Environmental Security, Which were lost , Because there are many obstacles. In Order to build Environmental Security, must be adopted approache Constructive Process Multidisciplinary, Combines The Law, Ethic, Science, politics .
