The purpose of this study is highlighting the importance of applying hospital hygiene, eliminating medical waste and their role in achieving employees’ satisfaction in health institutions. So we tried to determine the extent of staff satisfaction and security towards the environment of Rouiba’s public hospital through a field study of how to achieve hospital hygiene and medical waste collection, where this latter constitutes a major threat to the health and safety of hospital staff primarily, so it must be handled with great caution using proper methods to get rid of it and reduce its risk, And the use of various mechanisms that help in embodying hospital hygiene, such as training workers, set a clear schedule and plan for cleaning in health institutions. considering human security as the first priority in hospital health institutions. A descriptive approach was used, and the study concluded that: the effect of independent variables (hospital hygiene and prevention, collection of medical waste) on the dependent variable (employees’ satisfaction within the hospital) was very effective.
