Corona from the perspective of human security - Contribution to monitoring the effects of the -pandemic on Rights of litigants

security - a contribution to monitoring the impact of the pandemic on the rights of litigants - as we aimed to highlight the peculiarity of the emerging corona virus (COFED-19), and its impact on human security in general and legal security in particular, and judicial security in particular This is in light of the Algerian legislation on its side related to judicial procedural deadlines and the deadline for appeals. We have pursued this descriptive analytical approach in order to gain familiarity with the topic in all its aspects. We concluded that the conditions of force majeure apply to the Corona-Covid-19 virus, and we also concluded that the procedural legislator referred to force majeure in many of its articles in order to protect the rights of litigants related to procedural deadlines and appeals deadlines, but the regulatory texts were more detailed in this regard.
