Abstract

thousand deaths by the end of April 2020. It seems that mankind has entered history through the wide door, by experiencing the greatest danger that forced the inhabitants to stay at their homes voluntarily. Effectively, it's something that humans did not witness even during the First and Second World Wars. This health crisis also refers us to a number of important and related transformations, such as the world's awakening of the importance of the health sector and the uselessness of military power in front of an invisible enemy that does not distinguish between its victims, as well as the need to reconsider the place of human security as a priority. Besides, it's quite obvious how mankind began to find some of his features through a series of measures taken by the world countries in order to protect the human being, enhance his health security, and maintain the pattern of public life.
