This study looks to analyse the contribution of civil society's organisations to health policy governance in Algeria. The analysis is based on two mechanisms of benevolence and the spreading of health culture for their importance to enhance health safety especially during the worldly spreading epedemies. The study concluded that the contribution of civil society's organisations in the gevernance of health policy in Algeria is still limited as a result of a set of challenges related to the governmental administration of health institutions in Algeria, and other financial and organisational challenges related to the civil society's organisations. It concluded also that the activation of the civil society's organisations role requires the enhancement of independence logic from state and the enhancement of spirit of initiative via sensibilisation programs about the potential epedemies.
