Abstract

This article discusses the relationship between blogging and the rise of the new phenomenon of individuality in the West, and the manifestations of the individualy of the individual in the Algerian society.
The real experience in a virtual environment holds all the possibilities of "self-narration" in front of the virtual "crowd".in addition we will see a new figure of the individuality which has an effect on the value of algerien society.
