Abstract

The pace of international terrorism has recently escalated,and its methods have developed into means.Biological and chemical,which made it more deadly to humanity,so many viruses appeared, and microbes across the world negatively affect human rights and protection, which pushes society into international solidarity to eliminate this new type of terrorism, and this is at the level of the most important international institution,represented by the United Nations, which in turn worked through its most important institutions, the General Assembly and the Security Council,to mitigate the effects of this type of terrorism in the world.By issuing many resolutions condemning bioterrorism in various ways, The scientific objective of the study is to identify the most important efforts of
the United Nations Organization to combat The crime of
biological and chemical terrorism was presented by combining
the descriptive and analytical approaches,and the study concluded
to reach a set of results,the most important of which is that crime.
Biological and chemical terrorism,as a cross-border
matter,requires great efforts and technical and field expertise to
combat it in return for its ease of carrying out and the speed of its
spread,and despite the effort,the United Nations is trying to fight
this crime, but its danger still exists.
